Your website is your hardest-working salesperson. It works 24/7, never calls in sick, and is the first impression most customers will ever get of your business. If it's slow, ugly, or hard to use, you're losing money.

Most agencies hand you a WordPress template with a logo swap and call it custom. We don't. Every site we build is custom-coded for speed, search engines, and conversions, designed around your business, not a drag-and-drop builder's limitations.

We build for businesses across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland, plus remote teams across the UK.

What makes our sites different.

Template sites work for template businesses. If you want to stand out, you need something built for you.

Speed

Loads instantly

53% of visitors leave after 3 seconds. Our sites load in under one. That means more eyes on your business and more enquiries in your inbox.

Postcode lookup tool routing customers to the correct franchisee territory
01

Postcode lookup that routes to the right franchisee

Customer enters a postcode, the Royal Mail API resolves it to a real address and the enquiry is routed to the franchisee that actually covers that territory. No misrouted leads, no manual triage.

Live "open now" status and callback

A status pill flips between "open now" and "back at 9am tomorrow" so visitors know whether to call. Driven by the real opening hours, not a hardcoded label.

Custom code vs templates

Here's what you're actually getting when you choose a properly built website.

WordPress / Templates
Slow pages that visitors leave before they load
Pages load in under a second, every time
Constant updates or your site gets hacked
Built secure by design, nothing to patch
Google can barely find you through the bloat
Built so Google can read every page clearly
Stuck with whatever the template lets you do
Every feature built around your business
Locked into a platform with awkward limits
You own everything, no strings attached

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most before kicking off a website build.

How much does a custom website cost?

It depends on two things:

  • Size. Single page sites can usually be built for under £1,000, increasing in price based on complexity.
  • We can also build sites for free as part of on-going marketing support.

We can send a fixed-price proposal based on your needs, so there are no surprises.

How long does a custom website take to build?
Typical projects launch in 4 to 6 weeks from brief to live. Larger builds with custom integrations or content production can run 8 to 10 weeks. We give you a firm timeline upfront.
Do you only work with North East businesses?
We're based in Newcastle and most of our clients are across Tyneside, Wearside, Durham and Northumberland, but we build for businesses across the UK. Everything runs remotely with calls and a shared project board.
Do you migrate sites from WordPress?
Yes. We rebuild on Astro, preserve your existing URLs with proper 301 redirects, and migrate content with no loss of SEO equity when the old site is in reasonable shape.
Do I own the website after launch?
Yes, fully. You get the code, the domain stays with you, the CMS is yours, and there are no platform lock-ins or licence fees. If you ever want to move, you can take it anywhere.
