What's the difference between AEO and SEO?

SEO optimises your site for Google's ranking algorithm — keywords, backlinks, page speed. AEO optimises for AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini. They use different signals. A well-optimised SEO page won't automatically get cited by AI. You need both, built together from the start. That's how we do it.

Do I need AEO if I already do SEO?
